I was born and raised in Nova Scotia, Canada. My wanderlust has brought me to life in St. John's, NL; Toronto, Ontario; and Iqaluit, Nunavut over a period of 8 years, however I have now returned to my roots and am settling in Nova Scotia.

I've been interested in genealogy as far back as 10 years of age. These days I use the research as not only a way to enlighten myself to the past, but also as a means of stress relief. I find such joy in "the hunt". :)
